Full/Part time Line Cooks AND Part time PM Dishwashers

FCC is looking for full/part time line cooks and part time PM dishwashers to join their dynamic Food and Beverage team.   

The kitchen supports two venues.  A fast/casual restaurant & bar (120 seats) serving lunch and an upscale private restaurant, bar/lounge and patio (140 seats), serving dinner, our Ballroom (150 seats) and meeting spaces. We pride ourselves in the quality of our food, our service, and overall member satisfaction.  We keep things new and interesting by buying products from all over the world and adapting our menus to new trends and cooking techniques. 

Ideal candidates should possess an innate desire to learn and grow their career.  Furthermore, they should have a strong work ethic that reflects respect for the products being served, who created and prepared them, and who serves them. Above all, they will be passionate about food and wine culture and eager to learn more.  This should not be “just a job,” for those applying, but a stepping stone in your culinary career. 

Job Requirements  

1. Team Oriented, many hands make light work 
2. 2 years previous experience as line cook, preferably in an upscale establishment       
3. Self-motivated and reliable with a strong work ethic 
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment 
5. Must be organized, and able to work independently and balance workloads 
6. Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include some mornings & afternoons.  Mostly evenings, weekends/holidays 
7. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds 
8. Ability to READ and SPEAK basic English is required 
9. Background check required. EOE  
10. Prepare food items in accordance with production requirements and quality standards
11. Maintain a safe and sanitary working environment
12. Check for and prepare all items needed for station, according to recipes, plating procedures and standards set forth by the Chef
13. Ensure a clean, neat and organized work area during and at the end of each shift
14. Have a positive, attitude

Compensation 
Line Cook Pay is hourly $19 to $23+, based on experience in a comparable position 
Dishwasher Pay is hourly $15+, based on experience in a comparable position 
Full time and overtime available 
Part time available 
No late nights!! (10PM typical)
